Twenty years ago, before Austin Elite was created, Fonzell led the Austin Lady Knights while Tommy ran the Austin Lady Warriors. Together, they have been a staple of grassroots basketball, building a legacy through innovation, loyalty, and passion. Known as the OGs, they have continued to mentor and coach the next wave of club coaches.

Aaron Gregg, a native of Austin, Texas, emerged from high school as a standout basketball player, swiftly transitioning to collegiate success. With a journey that traversed from being a high school star to becoming a collegiate champion, Aaron earned recognition with All-ASC honors and showcased his leadership by guiding his team to an ASC championship. As the son of a coach, Aaron embodies the qualities of leadership and mentorship, combined with the strategic mindset of a point guard. Now, he is eager to give back to the youth, sharing his profound basketball knowledge and instilling in them the same love for the game that has fueled his own journey.
